In this month, children learnt about their body parts and their birthday. They also learnt about measurement using centimeter and kilogram. I would like to share one of the activities that the children had done.
DESIGN YOUR BIRTHDAY CAKE
“I am making a border for my birthday cake.” Zi Yong said.
“I am making a flower pattern decoration for my birthday cake.” Run Sheng said
“I am making lots of cherries on my birthday cake”. said Nasha.
“Me too. I also like lots of cherries on my cake.” said Heather.
“I like cookies and cream cake.” Ruiqi said. Marcus said: “I like to have an orange cake.”
Jun Sheng writes sentences on a piece of paper and have it pasted on the cake created by him.
“Look at the cakes we have created. Aren’t they beautiful?”
