Children’s Day Celebration by the Kindergarten Two children on 1st October 2010
The K2 class stopped to snap a group photo at the entrance of the Jurong Lake Park. We were most privileged because this park is directly opposite our centre.
On this day children were dressed in their home clothes and it was a day of fun and laughter for the children. Most of them brought some snacks to share with their friends.
Heather showed her climbing skills by climbing to the top of this playground structure as the teacher supervised her from below.
“Hey! Look at us we can balance ourselves on the rope and move from one place to another!"
Winnie said, "Sze Qi, lets slide down together, one two three!"
Marcus tried this structure. He was nervous at first, but gained confidence as he learnt how to move. He was smiling as he started to move higher and higher.
Damien and Lai Jun Meng managed to climb this structure at their own pace.
“Look! I can balance myself without falling!” said Jun Kexin.
Heng Yi Jun was drawing a face and hearts. He said, "This is me and I am going to write 'Happy Children’s Day' on my balloon".

Nasha, Ryan and Chow Zi Yong were seen engrossed in decorating their balloons. Nasha was using colourful markers to create her own design.
